From 2005 further requirements to obtain a full Diploma from the Association for Systematic Kinesiology have been made to meet Government approval and to fulfil the Kinesiology National Occupational Standards.

1.All Diploma Students must have an up-to date first aid Certificate.  If you have completed a certificated course in the last 3 years you may be covered as they are valid for 3 years before you need to re-take. T.A.S.K. has set this up and included this in the syllabus for your convenience.  If you are covered you will not need to attend the first aid day.  Linda Pudney will be taking the course and you will receive an L.P.A. Medical Certificate which is Health and Safety Executive Approved.

2.You will need to take an Approved Nutrition course. A.S.K. recognises various Nutrition Courses and if you have completed one you may be covered. If not they recommend a home study course run by Maggie Smith.  Maggie is a Kinesiologist and has developed a course targeting what you need to know. There are 3/4 class days the rest is done at home and by correspondence. You will need to budget an extra £300 for this.  The course needs to be completed before A.S.K. will issue you with your Diploma.
