FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I am a little confused as to which course to attend. I run a very busy practice as a fully qualified and highly experienced Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Masseur. I feel that Kinesiology would benefit my clients greatly and wondered where to start?

The Foundation Course Level 1 to 4 (under Courses in the navigation bar) is the place to start for everyone, unless you have completed a recognised course in basic muscle testing. If you have then you can enrol on our advanced classes.

How long is the Foundation Course?

The Balanced Health Foundation Course Levels 1 to 4 takes place on four weekends spaced out over four months.

Do I need to take all 4 levels in order?

Yes, you need to complete the Balanced Health Foundation Course Levels 1 to 4 in sequence and complete the 16 case studies to receive your certificate.

Can I use the Foundation Course for C.P.D?

Yes and a certificate will be provided.

Does a Kinesiology treatment hurt?

Lymphatic points can be sore during the treatment and the following day.

Can I keep my clothes on during a treatment?

Yes.

Will the Taster Evening/Event explain the concepts of kinesiology?

Yes.

Will I have to do homework/case studies at foundation level?

Yes there is homework and 16 case studies to complete for your Foundation certificate.

Are there different types of kinesiology?

Yes. The Academy only teaches authentic, reproducible kinesiology. We do not ask the body verbal questions.

Is nutrition an essential part of kinesiology?

Yes.

What kind of ailments will kinesiology treat?

The majority of aliments or conditions as kinesiology treats the person as a whole, not just looking at the symptoms. Kinesiology gets to the root of the problem.

Can I re-attend individual weekends after I have completed Foundation course levels 1–4?

Yes at a discounted price. We also hold other advanced modules which you can take especially if you are not planning to do the Professional Practitioner course.
